- Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the printer.
- Turn on the printer.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the input and output trays.
- Carefully inspect the paper path for any jammed paper.
- Remove any jammed paper you find, being careful not to tear it.
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Make sure the cartridges are properly installed.

- Close the ink cartridge access door.
