You mentioned that all the lights on the control panel of your HP Smart Tank 515 printer are blinking.

This usually indicates that the printer is in an error state and needs attention.

 

Restart the Printer

Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.

Wait for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

 

Check Ink Tanks and Cartridges

Make sure the ink tanks are filled to the correct level.

Re-seat the printheads properly and ensure the orange protective covers are removed.

 

Check Paper and Jam

Ensure the input tray has paper loaded correctly.

Remove any stuck paper from the input/output trays or inside the printer.

 

Reset the Printer

With the printer on, press and hold the Power button and the Cancel (X) button together for about 10 seconds to reset.

 

Update Firmware

Connect the printer to Wi-Fi.

Use HP Smart app or HP Support Assistant to check and install the latest firmware update.
