I tried the suggested ways….unplug/reset etc. still having the same issue. amber light.cannot print.
 i button flashing but when I press it, just light on not flash. Please help

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
 

Please try these steps:

 

Use the buttons on the printer control panel to restore Wi-Fi setup mode.

Press the Cancel button to ready the printer.

 

Press and hold the Information button for five seconds until the control panel buttons light.

Note:

Your control panel might look different than the following example, but the steps are the same.

Example of pressing the Info button for five seconds

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button at the same time.

Example of pressing the Wireless and Cancel buttons at the same time

Wait 60 seconds until the Wireless button blinks blue continuously or the Status light pulses purple.

Within two hours, return to the app or software to find and add your printer and complete the setup.
