Dear HP team,

First of all, thank you very much for your friendly support. What I am writing now is not directed against you, so don't take it personally or even as a criticism of your expertise - you are just doing your job and following instructions; In my case, it was about a printer. Of course, you - or the other colleagues - "didn't" know what the error code "10.10.43" meant;

because it turns off the cartridge's chip recognition. I think you have instructions not to give any information or to let the customer wait so that he can return the printer or buy more cartridges.
Like me: After the above code was displayed from the beginning, I ordered a new cartridge after hundreds of attempts, installed it... and the same error was displayed again.
I thought that I had done something wrong or that it was the software or even that the device was defective. I almost wanted to give up and then I just googled the error code - which is what I should have done first ("Occam's razor") - and then found out what the problem was on one of the few English-language pages. I tried it and... suddenly everything worked!

I ended up spending almost 3 working days setting up the printer, buying a new cartridge and was hardly able to process any cases because my secretary couldn't print and we had to share a printer... it's not even a bad thing that something like that is installed in the firmware. Of course you want to sell your original cartridges; but why it didn't work with the brand new cartridge that came with it is a mystery to me.

I'm very disappointed, I have to admit.

thanks for oyur reply.

When you see " Unauthorized supplies are installed","10.10.43"or"10.00.30" on your ptinter  while

using compatible toner cartridge.  You need to disable HP Cartridge Protection on your Printer !

 It was  this solution:

1.  drop down main menu from the top of the screen or click“OK” to enter “Set up”.

2. find the“Supply Settings"

3. find “Cartridge Policy”then select“Off"
