Continual annoying popups telling me cartridges are low keep appearing. No option to turn this off and if I can't get it resolved, I will buy another printer. This is an extremely bad feature, interupting presentations with a VERY LARGE and VERY ANNOYING popup.

HP - you need to do a lot better with your User Experience implementation.

@KimPaetzold,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!

We can disable the notification settings from the HP Utility to avoid getting these pop-ups.

Please follow the below steps to disable the notifications:

1.) On your Mac, click Finder, click Applications.

2.) Click the Hewlett-Packard or HP folder, then double-click HP Utility. (If HP Utility is not available, download and install HP Utility from here)

3.) Click Message Center.

4.) Click Settings and then Un-check all the options.

5.) Click Apply Now.

This should disable all notifications/pop-ups.

Let me know if this helps.
