I am yet another owner of a 6830 officejet pro which has stopped working due to a printhead problem. I have reset the printer several times. This only started happening when I simply changed the black ink with an authentic hp ink cartridge. I was able to clear the error once only to have it stop again. The printer is out of warranty but the number of pages printed is very, very few. The support page will not accept any information because the serial number is out of warranty. What is the resolution given the printer head is fixed?
