Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing issues with my [edited] printer. Initially, I received the error code C9C60006. After unplugging the power cable and reconnecting it, another error appeared: 049834E8.

I am unsure how to resolve these errors and would greatly appreciate your guidance on the steps I should take to troubleshoot and fix the issue.

Thank you for your assistance.
