Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just got a new HP 7740 Wide form printer/fax. My question is how do I turn off automatic printing on faxes received.

Hi,

the printer does not support HP Digital Fax, it can only print incoming faxes and does not support any digital fax filing to a file on a computer.

I did not say anything about digital. I have an officejet pro. Faxing is through the machine itself. I dont understand your answer.

You don't want to print received faxes, so how would you like to receive them?

 

Generally, printers allow receiving a fax on a printed paper or as a file in select products, therefore I assume you refer to save it as a file if not printed.

 

Please clarify your intention with "automatic printing on faxes received", what exact printing you refer to if not for the fax itself?
