Avery Templates for software code J8163 - 99.06 x 38.1 mm - 14 per sheet

If you are trying to print this label set using a DeskJet printer, the printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge - Recheck that the printed content of the label sheet lands at least 12.7mm (1/2 inch) from the bottom of the edge of the paper.

Perhaps Export the completed Word document to PDF and print the PDF formatted file.

Try printing the sheet on plain paper as a test.

Page Sizing & Handling - Size > Actual size

If needful, use "Fit" -- again, test on plain paper.

General Example - Adobe Reader - (Windows) - Avery Label Sheet

DeskJet printers do not support Borderless

and

DeskJet printers require a larger margin along the bottom edge of the paper

These limitations impact how content is printed on paper.

This DeskJet printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge (1/2 inch).

Borderless PrintingNo
Print Margin Bottom (A4)12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)3 mm

There is no software, firmware, or alignment that changes the larger margin requirement.

The solution to "chopped off" is to keep all data inside of 1/2 inch / 12.7mm on the bottom edge.

This limitation includes all text, images, page numbers, footer information, cells, tables, lines, other notations, and all file types, too.

Create your original document with 12.7mm ( 1/2 inch ) margins.
