Hi @Paul69696,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The "B0000168" error on an HP OfficeJet printer typically indicates a problem with the printhead or related components. Here's how you can try to resolve it.

Check Printhead and Cartridges:

  • Open the printer's access door to reach the printhead.
  • Remove the ink cartridges and the printhead.
  • Clean the contacts on the printhead and inside the printer with a lint-free cloth.
  • Reinstall the printhead and cartridges.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Update or Reinstall Printer Firmware:

  • Visit the HP Support website and check for any available firmware updates for your printer model.
  • Follow the instructions to update or reinstall the firmware.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
