After print jobs printer will not go into hibernation/idle. It flashes a blue screen with B343EC67 and a pic of the power button symbol and then the panel and all the lights flash. I have to unplug the printer and restart to print again. It is a wireless printer so very inconvenient to go check it before every time I want to print.

I tried to Restore Printer Factory Defaults - Did not solve the problem. (multiple attempts)
So I also added in Restore Network Setting Factory Defaults - seemed to work for about 3 hours then failed.
Then I tried a Cold Reset - This solved the problem. It has lasted 24 hours now.
Hopefully future updates will not reintroduce the problem again. Thanks for getting me headed in the right direction.

Hi @Hempstock,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "B343EC67" error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Printer Maintenance.
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
