I understand the printer is printing blank pages. Let us try these steps:
Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.
On the printer control panel, touch the Ink icon to display the current estimated ink levels.
Clean the ink cartridges
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup .
Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.
If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Yes when prompted to perform the next level of cleaning.
NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report from the printer control panel, and then evaluate the results.
Load the printer with plain white paper.
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report and check the result.
If the issue persists, you may perform step 13 from this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
