Bad ink cartridges

HP Recommended
hp officejet 4630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new color cartridge when i put it in de printer it says there is a problem replace the cartridge, i have done this with 3 cartridges and everytime de same.  When i put the old color cartridge in the printer everything is oke

If you have already performed the steps from the document  HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/cartridge replacement.
