It seems a cleaning issues, or the printer has been long sitting on shelf so maybe inks have dried... But if its new I would suggest to talk to support in case that cartridges are covered by guarantee

Printer is bought week ago, so it is new, and we used everyday, but the print quality was the same everyday.

Sorry for my last answer.. misunderstood the model.. this one is with ink tanks not ink cartridges.. So I can imagine of two reasons: By the early first start of the printer priming procedure didn't go well so there is air bubbles in the ink lines... OR... there is a problem with ink heads...

https://support.hp.com/vn-en/document/c05629667 check Step 5 where it describes the priming procedure and if fails I would suggest to talk to support as the printer is very new and of course under warranty
