Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Based on other posts, I believe I need to perform a Semi Full Reset on my Envy 7855 printer. The printer will not load/boot up. It does not go past loading the logo screen with the blue line and the first dot is in blue. As suggested in other posts, I have switched outlets, cords, held the power button down and plugged it back in, etc. I have tried other recommendations with no success. Based on other posts I'm hoping the semi full reset will work. I understand each printer is unique. Someone with HP printer experience please send me a message regarding the steps to proceed on performing the reset.
