Being told to replace color ink cartridge after I already have in my5530 HP printer

HP Recommended
HP Envy 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Have switched out a new 61XL cartridge when told I needed to, in my HP Envy 5530 all-in-one.  Still says I have to replace the cartridge.  I am using HP ink, purchased from HP.  I have cleaned the contacts.  Firmware is up-to-date.  Have powered down, and also unplugged from wall.  Trouble shooter says no issues, other than I have to replace the cartridge.

Correction:  My system is 64 bit, not 32 bit Windows 10 Pro.
