Product: Colour laser jet pro M254dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Has anyone had a problem with the laser jet pro M254dw bending the paper.. it’s really annoying and costing me a fortune... everything I print creases on the left side and smudges what I’ve printer. I’ve tried changing the setting to heavy paper or card of the computer but it’s keeps on doing it.

your description sounds like a damaged fuser unit. Are the smudges on the left side in a repeating pattern down the page? A sample posted here would help in diagnosis.
