Hello,

 

The Black Ink on my printer is not printing. I have cleaned the printer head to the third step twice. I have aligned the printer head twice. When the test page prints the color appears but none of the black lettering prints at all. Nothing but the color blocks print. I have replaced the black ink twice. Is there a part that needs to be replaced?

Try with a different ink cartridge to check if it is a cartridge issue.
