I purchased my 7855 about a year ago and haven’t used it often. Basically less then 10 pages per month.
About several months ago, the printer has appeared issues for black printing alignment - horizontal white lines on printouts. I used to use printer maintenance functions to clear and align cartridges then the printer turned back to working well.

Tonight, the issue came again and the maintenance didn’t help. The report printout only showed colors but just a few black with totally unreadable texts. I have checked the ink level and cartridge still has 1/4 ink.

This printer is still new.

Anyone can help? Thanks!

Replace to black ink cartridge, the ink has dried in the printhead.
