Black & white printing is not working. colour Printing is working fine.

The colour printing is working fine without Black. When I try Black & White -> Print, it comes with blank page.

@VN13, Welcome to HP Support Community!
To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-
- What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Does the print preview look good?
- How is the printer connected to the computer, USB/Wireless?
Meanwhile, follow the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing and Other Print Quality Issues to isolate the issue.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hello,
New HP cartridge full set just changed.
When we make photocopies on the printer using black option, it comes out blank.
We tried printing with microsoft word, pdf document, again it comes blank for black.
Yes, the print preview looks good.
Printer connected by wireless.
Note: The printer was working fine before. When we changed the new HP cartridge, black doesn't print.

This looks like a hardware issue.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
