Officejet J4680
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I print anything with black there is a shadow that is printed right under it which makes reading anything printed an absolute nightmare.

I have tested printing from several different devices.

Printing different types of files.

I have checked and updated all drivers.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the printer.

Unplugged, waited and then plugged the printer back in.

Cleaned ink cartridges.

Aligned ink cartridges.

Ran a self test report. Which is where I realized it must have to do with the black bidirectional printing alignment settings, because the color prints out perfectly fine it's just the black.

I've tried looking up how to manually adjust these settings but it doesn't seem possible on this device and I would prefer not to have to replace the printer.
