Black cartridge error - I cannot fix the problem

Hi,

I am using my printer as usual and I did not get the message of "low ink" yet.

However, yesterday the printer stopped working.

The message ‘remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed’ appeared.  

The firmware is up to date. I have cleaned the cartridge as suggested (many times).  I have reset the printer, but I the  error remains.  I subscribed to HP Instant Ink service, but I cannot order the shipment of a new cartridge to replace it.

Please, would you help me?

I understand you are facing a cartridge error.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors and the issue persists, it could be a cartridge failure.

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
