How can I speak to HP Support? I'm an Instant Ink customer but don't know how to get a replacement for my failed black cartridge. I've followed all the repair/recovery steps several times but the cartridge keeps failing and the message says it needs replacing. I need my printer urgently and am considering buying a replacement cartridge, but why should I when I'm supposed to be covered by my Instant Ink membership? Can anyone help me please?
