Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer is HP6830 all in one. Yesterday it printed about six lines in black and then everything turned to red ink. I have removed and reinstalled the black and red cartridges which are at least half full. Now everything prints in red. The black box on the print screen will not turn blue when touched. Only the color box is blue. What's going on??
