Product: HP Deskjet 2541
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I put a new black hp ink cartridge in and now the black is light in color and has lines through it. I have cleaned and went through the alignment process. Still not working. I need help!

Welcome to HP Support Community

 

At this point i would request you to contact HP Support for Service Options or Printer upgrade since this is a Hardware issue

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
