HP PageWide Pro 477dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my 477dn printer for two years and I have begun to notice that the black ink has become spotty; Sometimes, entire words do not print. I have tried all onboard methods for remedy (Clean Printhead 1, Clean Printhead 2, Align Printhead) and even tried the advanced cleaning pad-I still get the same result (see image below).2021-10-09 13_39_45-hp477dn.png

At this point, I am willing to send the printer in for service. However, there are no HP printer repair centers near me: the two closest have folded up.

Is there any way I can either send this printer back to HP for repair or find someone else to fix it? I would really hate to bin the printer.
