Hello, I didn't use my printer for a long time. After cleaning many times, black is still not printing, Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance.

Try updating the firmware if not done already. Click here

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer itself is.
