Office jet 5255 i have full cartridges but my prints are blank. I have not used the printer in a few months. I tried the cleaning multiple times.
@Manny909, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Since the printer was not used in the last few months, the ink could have dried and the ink nozzles would have blocked.
Check the estimated ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.
Make sure you have tried 2 cycles of ink cartridge cleaning
Load the printer with plain white paper.
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup .
Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.
If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Yes when prompted to perform the next level of cleaning.
NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report from the printer control panel, and then evaluate the results.
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
If both the black and color does not print, the ink cartridges must be replaced.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
