HP Deskjet 2600 All-in-one Printer Series

Sent a file from my laptop to HP Deskjet 2600 All-in-one Printer Series and printer started clicking but the sheet came out blank.  I then tried to copy a document and again the printer clicked like it was printing but the page came out blank.  However when I requested a status report from my laptop it printed out GREAT.  Days before I had no problems printing to my wireless printer.  Please help.

Thanks for your reply.  I had looked at that link prior to go to the community.  I am using HP ink.  The status report indicated that my ink levels were "ok"  And again when I printed directly from the dashboard on the printer all the ink cartridges worked and printed out beautiful.  But it seems that when i print from my laptop, no actually printing takes place although it sounds like it is printing.  All I get in blank pages.  My neighbor suggested i reinstall the printer again download the HP app but that didn't make any difference either...i still got blank pages.  I did get a print out however when I printed from a PDF file although it seems by this time my black ink was too low to print the black parts in the file.  I am ordering new ink and after installing, will try again.  This is very frustrating.  Seems I have to jump through hoops to get access to an actual HP agent.  The virtual agent gets me to the point where I want to tear my hair out.  Thanks for responding.  I'll get back to you when I get my new ink.  Barb
