The printer will not print any ink on the pages, even though it is going through the motions of printing. I have gone through a factory reset, a hard reset, done the cleaning of the cartridges through the printer itself multiple times, tried only using one cartridge at a time, tried removing/re-adding the printer, tried printing both color and black copies, and the printer is still spiting out blank pages no matter if I'm trying to print from my laptop or from the printer itself. The bottom of the ink cartridges leave behind ink when touched, so they should not be dried up. The color cartridge is almost full and the black cartridge is half full.

I'm at a loss of what to do, please help.
