Hi @Virginia59 ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue Blinking yellow info light. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

May I know

1. Since when are you facing this issue

2. Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed or error message

The blinking yellow info light on your HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer indicates that there might be an issue that requires attention. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Ensure there are no paper jams in the printer. Open the printer cover and check for any obstructions.

Inspect Ink Cartridges:

  • Make sure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink. If needed, replace any empty or low cartridges.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord, and wait for about 60 seconds. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Check for Updates:

  • Ensure that your printer firmware and software are up to date. Visit the HP support website, enter your printer model, and download and install any available updates.

Restart Your Computer:

  • Sometimes, issues can be resolved by simply restarting your computer.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Uninstall the existing printer drivers on your computer and reinstall the latest drivers from the HP website.

Check for Connectivity Issues:

  • Make sure that the printer is properly connected to the Wi-Fi network. You can try disconnecting and reconnecting the Wi-Fi on the printer.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility from the HP website. This tool can diagnose and resolve common printing problems.

Factory Reset (if necessary):

  • As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your printer. Keep in mind that this will reset all settings to their default values. Refer to the printer manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
