That can be done only by your network management tools, as long as you are both. connected to the same network , the printer can be used to print, beside of changing the network password, the only option I can think of is to block the printer by the router’s firewall configuration, but that can only be done by changing your router settings and might not be a very simple task, you may consult your router documentation or service provider for any such option, if supported by your router.
