HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e All-in-One Printer

New Printer out the box displays an error code.  after restarting the printer, it shows firmware update unsuccessful, then goes back to blue screen error code 05F4DE48. 

 

Has anyone found a resolution to this? What garbage,,,

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

This looks like a driver issue. Click here select your current OS and try updating the firmware. 

 

If that does not fix the issue, we need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
