I tried printing a Diagnostic Page through the settings on the computer panel. The printer printed 1 of 2 pages of the Extended Self Test Diagnostic Page and then the printer froze up with a blue screen and error code B8387510. I tried shutting down the printer with the power button but it did not work. I unplugged the printer, plugged it back in and tried the diagnostic test again with the same result. The yellow cartridge is currently empty. Please advise the next steps to take to fix this error.

Please insert a yellow ink cartridge to check if the error still comes up.

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
