Hi @Aahztx,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code "B83494B6" appearing on the blue screen of your HP 9025 printer typically indicates a hardware or firmware issue. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes clear error codes caused by temporary glitches.

Check Connections: Ensure that all cables connected to the printer are secure and undamaged. This includes the power cable and any network cables or USB connections.

Update Firmware: If possible, check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. You can do this through the HP Smart app or by visiting the HP website and navigating to the support section for your printer model.

Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about a minute.
  • Hold down the power button on the printer for about 30 seconds while the printer is still unplugged. This discharges any residual power in the printer.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
