Hi @Hln407,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The blue screen with the power symbol and error code "#BB8093B62" on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e suggests a system error related to the printer’s scanning functionality. Since the printer can still copy and print, it indicates that the issue may be specific to the scanning process or the scanner's hardware.

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this issue.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on to see if the error persists.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure the printer's firmware is up to date. You can check this by using the HP Smart app or accessing the printer's web interface.
  • If an update is available, install it and see if it resolves the issue.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a reset by navigating to the printer's settings.
  • Go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Restore Factory Defaults. Note that this will reset all the settings to factory defaults, so you'll need to set up the printer again.

Check the Scanner for Obstructions:

  • Inspect the scanner glass and any internal mechanisms for dust or foreign objects that could be obstructing the scan process.

Uninstall and Reinstall the Printer Software:

  • On your computer, uninstall the HP printer software, and reinstall the latest version from HP's official website. This can help fix any software-related issues affecting the scanning functionality.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
