Borderless printing - Small borders in 2-3 sides

Hi! I bought an HP Envy 6020 for the borderless option as I need this for a very specific project, however I find myself now in the situation of not being able to get an accurate borderless print.

When I select borderless from the smart HP application for windows the image gets like 1mm of border in the right and bottom side. Also the printer doesn't give me the option to select 100% size printing.

For this reason I tried printing directly from photoshop, where I can select the size and it happens the same thing selecting 100% or 99% it doesn't matter.

 

I tried recalibrating the printer as the borders are also uneven , I made 4 squares in each corner and 2 of them are out of original position (they should be alignated)

 

So I'm not sure what I should be doing different? or is a printer fault?
