I bought a wrong cartridge last night and just noticed it when its throwing me an error. I've been to BestBuy to try my luck to exchange the item with a different one. I bought a 2pack #64 and I need 2pack #65. Phone support has been no help too after talking to few people and got transferred repeatedly and endue in close call-center support twice. I bought the ink cartridge because I need it right away and my InstantInk ins't sending me refills on time.

 

 Can anyone direct me where I can get assistance with my concern. This is really frustrating.
