I just opened and unpackaged me brand new HP 4255e all in one printer, I got for Christmas, and I followed all the rules and instructions for setup. But it won’t print. It printed the test page and then E0 code blinks and won’t let me print now. Says black ink is empty. I checked the help/tips page and followed all troubleshooting. It still will not print. Also, the scanner light is blinking when I lift the lid. It is BRAND NEW. Never opened, until yesterday. And has had nothing but issues since I plugged it in for the first time.
