Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

I am not sure what this part/parts are or if they are even fixable. Please help.! I've had issues with this printer since I've bought it. Not accepting hp ink or other ink and until 2 weeks ago started making sounds and not printing.
