Hi, I broke the hinge on the top of my printer. It’s the cover that comes down over the glass when you copy something. I heard the plastic snap but it still seems OK. However, now I am getting printer errors, P1, and P2 and it is not printing.

anything I can do or did I break it? Thank you for your help.

I understand that the Plastic piece on the printer has broken, and you are getting a P1 and P2 error which is related to a ID Copy error, Please do share the image of the piece you are talking about so I can look in to the details and can help you better and Please do share the Model of the Printer you have so we can try to help with the steps to help and resolve the issue..
