HP Envy

I have two HP envy printers that were bought around the same time.  The ability to print in colour is not possible with either of them now and they failed pretty much at the same time.  This is built in obsolescence at its very worst.  There seems to be no way of complaining to HP without having to go through a completely contrived route or waiting for ages for someone to call you up and taking you through a process of trying to get the printer to work (which takes time that I don't have).  All I want is my money back for both printers because having two printers fail at the same time for the same reasons shows there is a design fault/built in obsolescence.  

Also, Instant Ink is a complete con. Only once have I had ink delivered to me and I have had to go out and buy cartridges many times because I have run out.  

A very poor product, a very poor customer experience and a very poor company.
