Hello,

 

i had to reset my printer and now it is asking for SETUP Cartridges which i dont have anymore as it has been already setup with those.

Any instructions on how to bypass this would be appreciated.

Hi, 

thanks for the reply!

I already found the hp support document but my issue cannot be solved, since my issue is specifically not listed there

 

I had setup cartridges delivered with my printer, set it up, printed fine for like 150 pages but had to reset it via the hidden service menu. Now it asks for setup cartridges again which i do not have anymore. 

There are original cartridges (not labeled with setup) in it.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

This night requires one on one interaction to fix the issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
