Hello, I've HP Tango printer. I need to add the pritner to a new wireless and the original cartridges came with the printer is no longer around. I tried to setup this printer with HP Smart app to use its wireless functions. However the apps ask for setup cartridges to be able to print and scan, which I don’t have these cartridges. Can you please tell me how to bypass this step?

This must not have worked as I did not get a response.

 

You will have to speak with an agent.  Keep calling and bug them until you get an answer.
