I work Tech Support for a School District and I have a teacher that purchased new HP Color and Black ink cartridges for their HP ENVY Photo 7120 All-in-One Printer but I cannot get passed a "Use Setup Cartridges that came with your printer" error. The teacher unfortunately does not have these set up cartridges. Is there anything I can do to bypass this error?
