Hi @Rafa272727,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
  • Turn the printer back on and see if the error persists.

Check Printer Connections:

  • Ensure all cables are securely connected, including power and USB cables.
  • If connected via Wi-Fi, make sure the connection is stable and the printer is within range of the router.

Verify Cartridge Installation:

  • Open the printer and ensure the toner cartridge is properly installed.
  • Check for any packaging materials left inside the printer and remove them if present.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Visit HP's Support Website to check for any firmware updates available for your printer model.
  • Upgrading the firmware might resolve underlying issues causing the error.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Remove the toner cartridge from the printer.
  • Power off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Reinsert the toner cartridge, plug the printer back in, and power it on.

Check Software and Drivers:

  • Make sure that the printer’s software and drivers are up to date on your computer.
  • Reinstall the driver if necessary.

I hope this helps.
