Product: Samsung MultiXpress SL-M5370LX Laser Multifunction Printer

Hola comunidad.

Tengo el error C1-1512 El equipo ha detectado un cartucho de tóner no válido. Se requiere la intervención del usuario para extraer el cartucho existente e instalar un cartucho de tóner válido. La impresión se ha detenido, todos los demás servicios de la máquina (si están instalados) no se ven afectados.

 

Ya le hice un mantenimiento completo al hardware y le hice pruebas con otro tóner nuevo y original pero el error persiste.

Ayuda, si alguien sabe cómo solucionar.
