HP Recommended
Product: Samsung ProExpress C2620DW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ProExpress C2620DW prints normally, but the display shows only the Samsung logo. Operation via the display is no longer possible. Status LED is permanently red. Maybe a Reset could be the helpful? But how can i reset the C2620DW without the display in operation?

 

Does anybody knows the solution for that problem?
