HP did not help the previous post  but maybe HP can help me...I have exactly the same problem. The printer behaves as if it starts to print but manages a comma in the middle of the page. All tests are comming out as OK and the test pages print correctly ...Just any of my word or PDF documents and my spreadsheets are printed partially....

I also thnk that it started with one letter being missing on the print...and I also think that I had a warning about connetion of usb being not good enough... but the printer can only be connected by usb.

 

Await your response but please refrain from telling me how good I might be... just get to the point... Thank you
