C5280 All in one printer. Says Carriage Blocked. The carriage can be moved freely

HP C5280 ALL IN ONE PRINTER
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Various error messages re: Paper blockage, cartridge problems and now seems to be stuck on Carriage blocked. I have re-set the printer but cannot get rid of this message so cannot print anything

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - 'Paper Jam' Message Displays.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
